1. Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays  
- During high-volume periods (launches, sales), processing times may be slightly delayed  

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  

Canada:

3. Free Shipping  
We offer free standard shipping on orders over [$200 CAD] within [Canada / selected regions].

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.  
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes  
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.  
Doxa is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Delays  
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues  
- Weather conditions  
- Customs processing  
- High demand periods  

Doxa is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
Doxa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once a package is marked as delivered, Doxa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
